1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of used semi-truck tractors, 18-wheelers, and related equipment (“Vehicles”) sold by Trucks Square Inc. (“Seller,” “we,” “us”) at our Houston, Texas location. By completing a purchase, you (“Buyer,” “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
2. All Sales Final
All Vehicle sales are final. Under no circumstances will we accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any used semi-truck, regardless of its condition, mileage, or any post-sale inspection results. No exceptions.
3. “As-Is” Sale; No Warranties
3.1 As-Is. All Vehicles are sold “AS IS,” with all faults and defects, known and unknown.
3.2 No Implied Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3.3 No Express Warranties. No statement or representation by Seller, its employees, or agents constitutes a warranty. Any description of a Vehicle is for identification only.
4. Inspection & Due Diligence
4.1 Pre-Purchase Inspection. You are strongly encouraged to conduct any and all inspections, including mechanical, structural, and title reviews, prior to purchase.
4.2 VIN and Title Verification. Verify the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), title status, and any liens or salvage history.
4.3 Third-Party Inspections. You may engage a qualified, independent mechanic or inspection service at your expense.
5. No Returns, No Refunds
5.1 This Policy supersedes any conflicting terms or representations. Once you sign the Bill of Sale and pay in full, the transaction is complete.
5.2 No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or rescissions will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to mechanical failure, registry issues, or undisclosed damage.
6. Financing and Title Transfer
6.1 Financing Contingencies. Any financing approval or denial does not constitute grounds for return. You remain fully liable for payment.
6.2 Title Transfer. You are responsible for all registration, title transfer, and associated fees with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller’s total liability arising from or related to the sale of any Vehicle is limited to the purchase price paid by you. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
This Policy and all Vehicle sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
